Pumpkin seeds are nutritional powerhouse which are not only excellent source of healthy fat, but also has got good protein and fibre. They are abundant in micronutrients like zinc, magnesium, copper and vitamin B complex.
They can be consumed raw or roasted, can also be added to granola bars or chilli as well as added to porridges, smoothies and salads.
And yes, they tastes yum!

Due to drop in environmental temperature, we sweat less and we don't feel the need of drinking water thoughout the day. However, what we don't realize is that - functions of our body are not going to change, rather it needs to put more work in maintaining the body temperature.
Drinking less water is going to make you feel dehydrated, tired, will dry up your skin and chap up your lips.
