The reason not to wish harm for anyone is because we all are connected, so what goes out will eventually come back to us...
If we hate someone, see what's that within that we hate about our own selves but never acknowledge that... If we are jealous about others, then see what you feel not capable of having that in your Life, and feel, do you feel not deserving or worthy for it...
If you do things, just to prove someone something, then pause and ask to yourself the need to proving ourselves, where this need is coming from...?
We usually keep throwing the anger either on others or on ourselves, but not taking responsibility for the source that is creating such anger within us, not allowing us to be at peace and ease...
Is there this angry part of us seeking for little love and attention, or to be heard, or to be understood by someone we seek love or care from... And if that is so, do ask yourself, what will it take for me to let go of this need...
Life is beautiful it's simple, but we enjoy complicating it... as we humans, we enjoy drama's and stories, we feel incomplete if we have no stories or dramas to share...
Just practice the simple art of letting it go, letting all of it go...
Things, people or situation can only have hold on us till we don't choose to set it free and letting it go...
We are afraid to let it go, because we have spent all our life for these attachments, but once we are there, we will feel the deepest sense of freedom, and the realisation of eternal truth...
This practices may sound difficult,
But difficult is on both the side, isn't it... That's why it's called a struggle Life, so It's just a choice we can take... Either being where we are blaming others and complaining everything about life,
Or shifting our thoughts and shifting our perspective to practicing harmony for us and other's...πππ
