I want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support. Throughout our journey, we have assisted 99% of families who sought our help, always without any expectations. As we prepare to leave our current location, we have made a decision: to offer free consultations to anyone in need. This break is not a farewell; rather, it is a pause to regroup and return even stronger.

Regrettably, despite our best efforts, we faced financial constraints that prevented us from saving every life. We never relied on donations or operated the organization using your funds. In our determination to save lives, we even sold our personal assets. Today, all we can do is pray and seek divine blessings for the recovery of those in need.

My name is Rochelle Dsouza and I belong to St Francis Xavier Vile Parle. I work for Wipro at Vikhroli. Reuben and I have a daughter who just finished her SSC this year. It's been a rough journey as the sole earner of the house. I need to go to work to run the expenses, take my husband to dialysis, and look after my young daughter. Today by god blessings he has reached the second number for a KIDNEY transplant we waited for 4 years every day and night hoping we reach the top of the transplant list and finally we are here. I come to you for HELP hoping with all of YOUR SUPPORT we would be able to do the operation.
My husband came close to death several times, yet he survived and fought back. He was admitted so many times in the last three years that I believed I would lose him. He battled back with God's help and blessing. We have spent over 15 Lakhs in multiple admission at the hospital and I have exhausted everything in giving my husband a fighting chance for survival.
To arrange such a huge amount on the spot for the transplant will be humanly impossible. Please save my husband for me and my daughter's sake.
Reuben used to work in a hotel until his health started deteriorating. Reuben never had any bad habits which could lead to Kidney failure. Due to sugar, his Kidneys have stopped working resulting in loss of partial eyesight.
Our parish is not financially strong; however, they have helped me with ever they could do from their end. We are currently doing our dialysis in a government Scheme at Lion Kartar Singh charitable hospital in Andheri, however, this dialysis doesn’t include injections and medicine cost which comes to 20000 rs per month.
We will be doing the Kidney transplant at Cirti Care Hospital, the estimated is 10 Lakhs only for the operation.
Pre-transplant evaluation: ₹2 lakhs to ₹3 lakhs
Surgery expenses: ₹10 lakhs
Hospital stay: ₹3 lakhs to ₹6 lakhs
Medications: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (can vary depending on the specific drugs and dosage required)
Post-transplant follow-up: ₹1 lakh to ₹2 lakhs per year

We had to extend the campaign because Dad is still in a very severe condition and the bills keep on accumulating; as a result, we would need another 4 lakhs of donations now that we have raised 3,16,000 rupees after 15 days of campaign. The only way I can think of to get as much money as possible for my dad's treatment is to spread this word far and wide. I have no alternatives. I would appreciate it if you would tell others about our family as a first, small step toward reuniting with my father.

We were fortunate in collecting almost 3 lakhs by the end of the fourth day. The ventilator that Daddy uses requires an additional two lakhs of rupees to be maintained. The ever-increasing cost of my father's treatment has put my family and I in a position where we are unable to ensure that he receives the medical attention he needs, despite the fact that we are doing everything in our ability to do so.

Dwayne was discharged from the hospital on day 55 due to a lack of funds. We ask that you pray that these next two months pass without any complications so that we may move forward with Dwayne's two major operations, the first of which will be to address his restore his gut and the second of which will be to treat his heart blockage. Because of the strain that these past several months have placed on my personal life, I can't even recall the last time I took even two minutes for myself. I don't have any other choice than to continue with this effort until the operation is completed since I know that without your support and prayers, the worst is yet to come.
Every 2 days, it costs us 5000 Rs for one intestine bag, and I need these bags every alternate day for the next two months. In the past 52 days, we've spent 1.5 lakhs just on intestinal bags and another 3 lakhs on food and medicine at a government hospital. If we had gone to a private hospital for the treatment, we would have spent between 16 and 20 Lakhs until now.
