When a Muscle becomes Tight, it shortens in length and tends to lose it's total number of Sarcomeres. This in turn reciprocally inhibits (deactivates and weakens) the antagonist muscle (In this case, the Glutes), while forcing the Lumbar Spine (lower back) to do most of the work.

All this effect the entire Kinetic Chain leading to Postural Deviations and Injuries. Hence it's very important to stretch and relax these areas to regain it's normal length. More so, if you are someone who spends a lot of time sitting or lying down.

Start with Trigger Point Massage to release the tension in that area first. After this the stretches will feel more comfortable and easy to perform. Follow it up with some hip flexor strengthening drills if You can. Let me know if you want me to make a video on the same 🤝👍

Hold each stretch for 15-20 secs before moving on to the next stretch.

Do 3 rounds of these.

There are many factors that contribute towards the size of an individuals wrist.
So wrist comprises of tendons,ligaments & bones.
Tendons are part of muscles that connect to the bone and ligaments connects bone to bone.
One can increase muscle size with resistance training and proper nutrition followed by adequate rest.
One cannot increase bone size with resistance training.
The bone growth on any organism is governed by GROWTH PLATES in the bones. During puberty we all change, we basically grow and all....you know the rest!
During this time the growth plates are responsible for elongation of skeletal structure.
How much will an individuals bone will grow how hard will those bones will be each and every parameter is dependent on mostly genetics, other factors are nutrition and lifestyle!
As i said earlier muscles can be grown at anytime an individual wants. The same is not with bones. They grow until a certain age and then maintain their structure! (PUBERTY)
So, one can strength their ligaments & bones but cannot grow them in size with resistance training!
Your wrist is totally surrounded by ligaments and tendons
The 2nd image is of wrist joint! The bones connected with ligaments! keeping them together..
So, you cannot grow these to a potential where you can see increment in inches of your wrist size!

BUT one can definitely strengthen them!
One definitely can strengthen those ligaments and tendons!

SPOT REDUCTION & SPOT INCREMENT can never be done!

So answer to your query "can i suggest you any exercises that would help you to increase your wrist size?"

NO!
I CAN NOT!

And if one says that yes he/she can then you should RUN AWAY for him/her AFAP (As Fast As Possible)😄.
