We all love our poha, upma, and other carb-rich comfort meals.

But today… we’re making them smarter 😉

Instead of eating them plain, let’s add a protein anchor.

🚀 Today’s Challenge:
✅ Add: 🌱 Sprouts
🥜 Boiled chana / rajma / lobia
🌿 Peas
🌾 Soya chunks
🥣 Dalia ( ie split roasted chickpeas)
to your poha, upma, or any carb-heavy dish.

OR

✅ Pair it with:
🥛 A glass of milk
🥣 A bowl of curd
🥤 Sattu sherbet

Same meal.
Better balance.
Because carbs are not the problem.
Unbalanced plates are.

👉 Simple ratio:
2 tbsp wheat flour : 1 tbsp protein flour
✅ Instead of plain water, knead with: 🥛 Curd
🥛 Milk
💧 Whey water
That’s it.
Same roti.
Smarter protein.
