After 2 successful workshops on preconception, Viha clinic is glad to announce yet another workshop on Preconception Wellness programme on 24th June 2012 from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm

Following topics will be covered in the programme:

-Mind, Body, Spirit, the trinity of life
-Healthy being for a new being
-planning a baby must do's and must don'ts
-an entry into the sub conscious mind
-meditation different techniques, and its application in day to day life
- Role of diet and nutrition while planning a baby
-pre conception evaluation guidelines
- basic yoga asanas and its application in day to day life
