I’m a firm believer in aligning the mind, body, and spirit as one — and meditation helps me do just that.
Taking time out for meditation and moments of mindfulness every day helps me reduce stress, juggle work-from-home and kids, and improve sleep. I squeeze in mini-meditations between Zoom meetings, before driving my kids to school, or anytime I need a shot of relaxation, focus, connection, or insight. Meditation helps me slow down, reflect on my day, and live with more ease.
