A lot of girls want early periods because of trips, competitions or functions.
But here’s the science:
You cannot make your period come early.
Your menstrual cycle depends on:
• Hormone timing
• Ovulation
• Stress
• Sleep
• Growth phase (puberty)
During teenage years your cycle is still settling — so it naturally comes early, late, or on random days.
No food, juice or trick can “force” an early period.
Papaya, pineapple, haldi milk — none have guaranteed results.
What you CAN do is make your cycle healthier:
• Sleep on time
• Manage stress
• Eat regularly
• Exercise moderately
• Check for PCOS if cycle is always irregular
Let your body grow at its own pace.
Your cycle will settle with time.

Pregnancy changes the body, and the mind.
Moments of stillness help regulate stress, sleep, and emotional balance.
Today is a reminder: slowing down is also a form of care.

Many young girls worry about the colour of their intimate area — but here’s the truth:
It is NORMAL for the vaginal area to be darker than the rest of your body.
This is because:
• Puberty increases melanin, which naturally darkens the skin
• Rubbing or friction (inner thighs, tight clothes) causes darkening
• Sweat + moisture also change the skin tone
• Your natural skin tone plays a role too
This is NOT a problem unless you have:
• Itching
• Burning
• Pain
• Bad smell
• Red rashes
If you have any of these, it needs checking — otherwise, you are completely normal.
Important:
Never use bleach, scrubs or whitening creams. They damage the skin and cause long-term irritation.
You are growing. Your body is changing. And all of this is okay.
