Yoga cultivates health and well being (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation. Energize Yoga is a challenging class of consistent poses in flowing transition with a focus on core strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. We will build upon basic yoga poses to target specific muscle groups while maintaining safe alignment to reduce the risk of injury.This class builds strength and balance physically AND mentally, and leaves you feeling energized. "Serve, love, give, purify, meditate, realise” – these teachings are the spiritual strength behind Svarita Yog. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. Svarita Yoga offers private yoga sessions, especially adapted to your needs and interests. We also provide group sessions starting from a group of 2 or 3 people. At Svarita we Provide:
