This is to inform the general public that there has been a case of financial fraud in Healthism, Company name In-memoria products & services Pvt Ltd by way of mis-selling subscription products sold through distributors with embeded insurance components in it. There is a high chance that some internal people, including some directors, are involved in the fraud.

The operations of the company is shut now. Requesting everyone dealing with anyone from Healthism to take utmost precautions, due diligence and thorough checking.

Disclaimer: The moment it has come to my notice, I have asked the team to stop the work with such distributors and now I have personally initiated legal actions against the people involved.
