1. To act as an information bridge between the CEO and the Organization as well as the CEO and the outside world, helping collate and process data on regular basis and presenting it in an analyzed, actionable format.
2. To travel as the CEO’s eyes and ears to company locations to collect information to then process and present to the CEO in an actionable format.
3. To handle basic correspondence and telecommunications on behalf of the CEO and act as an overall filter ensuring only people and information deemed as relevant to the CEO make it through.
4. To manage the CEO's calendar including logistics, meetings, travel bookings, etc. helping increase productivity and comfort for the CEO all while getting the best value of offers at hand.
