Kali Maa and the Demon Raktabija:
In the war between Devas and Asuras, the demon Raktabija had a boon that every drop of his blood would create a new clone of himself.
Goddess Durga summoned Kali, who went into a ferocious form.
Kali spread her tongue over the battlefield, drinking Raktabija’s blood before it could touch the ground, ultimately defeating him.
