Removing blocks for enjoyable running experience.
As a runner I have often come across people who doubted, feared, were anxious and depressed as they could not perform upto their expectations or perhaps expectations of their coach, friends, etc.... I have personally experienced fears and doubts after an injury.... however Emotional Freedom Techniques as well as affirmations help to remove these blocks and the cascade of negativity and transforms it into a positive, energetic experience leaving you happy and fulfilled.... Conducting a workshop that will address these issues and bring back the joy into running.....running soon
