This is how our daily habits are having an impact on our bodies..
Are you this everyday??

Here are a few effects of carrying a heavy bag on one shoulder :

1- it offsets our normal gait pattern

2- it causes assymetry in our posture

3- it causes assymetry in the functioning of our neck and upper back muscles

4- it leads to tightness in the neck muscles which may lead to headaches in sever cases and tightness of the upper back muscles that could Sumtimes lead to low back pains

Take care of the little things to prevent big injuries!!!
