Episode 2 | Understanding Birth Trauma

In the first part of this series, we explored how birth trauma can shape the way we experience pregnancy and early motherhood.

In this second episode, we look deeper at how it continues to influence us throughout life.

Sometimes, what we call fear of change is actually something deeper, an echo of the very first change we ever experienced: birth itself.

When we left the safety of the womb and entered the unknown, our psyche recorded that transition with all its struggle, resistance, and fear.

Every new beginning since then: a move, a job, a relationship, awakens that same memory. And until we bring awareness to it, we keep reliving it, thinking it’s “just how we are.”

Through Sacred Breathwork, we access those early imprints through the breath.

Each conscious breath becomes a bridge back to that moment of birth, helping us release what’s been held for years.
