DOCTORS FOR YOU is a leading Indian humanitarian organization working on various Public Health issues and Disaster Relief across South Asia.

DFY is currently working in 25 states with more than 400 staff. Doctors For You is currently working in more than 12 states of India on various Health, Nutrition and Community development projects. DFY is working for ongoing Rohingya's crisis near Myanmar & Bangladesh border at Coxs Bazar District Bangladesh.

On the occasion of hashtag , Doctors For You (DFY) , in collaboration with Landmark Group under the Landmark Group’s Community Health and Wellbeing Programme, organized a medical camp and awareness session at the PHC (Primary Health Centre) and in Atkoli village, Padhga region, Bhiwandi.

The initiative focused on strengthening awareness and early detection of diabetes and hypertension, offering residents medical consultations, screenings, and essential diagnostics.

A nutrition and healthy diet session, led by Nutritionist Ms. Rukhsar Chadhary, emphasized the importance of balanced eating habits. To reinforce these lessons, sprouts were distributed to children.

A brief yoga session further highlighted the importance of physical activity in preventing non-communicable diseases and maintaining overall health.

Doctors For You (DFY) extends its gratitude to the Landmark team, healthcare staff, and volunteers for their support in making this World Diabetes Day initiative meaningful for the community.

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, Doctors For You (DFY) , in collaboration with the HCLFoundation , organized three breast cancer screening camps.
During these camps, our doctors conducted awareness sessions on the importance of breast self-examination, regular screening, and recognizing early symptoms. A total of 69 women participated, out of which 25 women were screened.
The sessions highlighted the crucial role of early detection in ensuring a higher cure rate and long-term survival, while also reducing the financial and emotional burden that breast cancer can place on families.
Through these efforts, we aim to empower women with knowledge and encourage proactive health-seeking behavior for early diagnosis and better outcomes.

Doctors For You (DFY), with International Medical Corps, set up 10 health camps treating 693 people and held 23 awareness sessions for 1,212 residents — sharing hygiene tips and providing relief items.

Our Story

Doctors For You (DFY) started as a platelet donation and awareness drive to manage the outbreak of Dengue, Leptospirosis and Malaria in Mumbai in 2007. Over the past 12 years, DFY has established itself as an organization with technical capacity to respond to different types of humanitarian crisis. The organization has been working in the field of general healthcare services, public health , emergency response and rehabilitation projects, training and capacity building programme and research studies . This team of committed individuals has reached out to communities affected by extreme poverty, disasters, neglect and years of injustice. Climate change has made the things much more challenging and we at Doctors for You are committed to realise overall development of communities whatever it may take. Currently DFY is working across 14 states in India. Organization has recently started a National Level warehouse exclusively for Disaster relief and Response across India situated at Patna, Bihar. The organization has vast experience of working in disasters and the major focus is to address the medical and public health and Nutritional needs of the affected population which includes provision of medical services; working on Sexual and Reproductive Health, Maternal, Infant and Child Health, IYCF in Emergency WATSAN Services and Nutritional Health etc. The functioning of Doctors For You is guided by a set of ethical values and guidelines. DFY functions on humanitarian principles of humanity, impartiality, and neutrality. It offers services and assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, class, caste, religion and gender.
