5 basic step to follow while dieting;

• Understand your stomach and stop when you feel you are just full with eating.

• Do not try finishing food in plate; it is not going to help the needy either. Instead take less than what you think is required.

• Always take cross leg position while eating. It runs energy within your body to absorb maximum amount of food within.

• Avoid Fruit juices. Use your teeth for chewing the fruits.

• Do not store chopped vegetables, it loses its nutrients. Always consume food within 3hrs after cooked.

Green tea contains tannins (which can decrease the absorption of iron and folic acid), so if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, then green tea may not be ideal for you.
Another thing is, that there is caffeine in green tea — so if you are sensitive to caffeine then one cup should be your limit.
