Cesta is founded by Sangeeta Shah with the aim of being a one-of-a kind institute that facilitates various alternate healing modalities all under one roof, providing the client an integrated healing approach that is convenient as well as extremely effective. Since Cesta believes in a holistic approach towards healing, we have combined various alternative therapies such as Clinical Hypnotherapy, Theta Healing, Past life Regression, Emotional Empowerment Technique, Chakra Dowsing& Balancing, Spiritual Parenting, Drawing and Handwriting Analysis, Specialzed Meditations, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) etc. Our therapists realize the importance of an integrated approach and are all trained practitioners in various fields and use their combined knowledge to provide the best results. We have treated various cases ranging from exam anxiety, depression, migraine, allergies, fears to cancer, genetic disorders etc all through the power of the subconscious mind. While therapies have led to great results, we believe in empowering the client with tools to facilitate their life. Therefore, we offer certified workshops in the above fields that give the client the true power of knowledge about their life patterns and how they can change their life and the lives of the people around them. Along with empowering individuals, we also feel that this knowledge is so empowering and motivating, that students and corporates would benefit greatly from it. We therefore hold customized workshops for Corporates as well as Students (Memory enhancement etc.). We, at Cesta also believe in doing our bit to make the society a better place. Therefore, we have undertaken charitable initiatives such as, free awareness talks held regularly,Helping Hands (our Charitable Clinic) and mini seminars and workshops being held for NGO's that may be interested on a fully voluntary basis. Crystals, meditation CD's, books and all the other things that aid healing are also available at the studio.
