This could be in form of that additional muffin, a fag end burger, French fries all leading to increase in unwanted fat.We transform into a rigid body structure, followed with reduction in our stamina and end up being couch potatoes. With lack of proper exercise and healthy nutrition habits, this accrues over a period of time leading to severe health issues.More and more people are falling victim to life style diseases. High blood pressure, sugar imbalance, osteoporosis are on the rise like never before.Today, a proper exercise routine along with regular stretching is extremely vital to maintain flexibility and stamina of the body. A well thought out workout will increase muscle endurance, strength and power and if desired, significant weight loss. With energetic music, a talented group of fitness coaches and a high-energy studio, you have the recipe for a workout that produces BIG and LASTING results. If weight loss is your goal, you can expect to see an estimated loss of three to four pounds per week by attending four to six sessions per week and with proper nutritional planning. If performance is your goal, you can expect to see an increase in power, speed and strength after your first two weeks of attending three to four sessions per week. Figure in, the complete unisex gym was established on 13th march 2001 and is the first modernised gym to open in the locality.We have served thousands of satisfied members till date and serve diligently to fulfil their fitness goals. At figure in we have separate cardio-vascular section, gymnasium, steam parlour& massage parlour.We have a team of certified, experienced trainers &nutritionist to guide and motivate our members.
