Have you ever felt like this- I don't know what I want but I know this is not what I want. This niggling feeling gnaws at your insides till you push it aside and force yourself to refocus, only for it to quietly swoops down and takes over. We all have a sense of how unsettling this can be.
But has it ever struck you, how hugely empowering it can be ,even to knownothing more than this that - this is not what i want want? If you do not shrug the feeling and stay with it, just enough; this itself can lead to a whole new beginning. And as soon as you are ready for the change; the opportunity for change will present itself.
So- be alert, Grab it and make it your own. let the transformation unfold and this will allow you to that which you want.

Life is simple! Some of the finest pleasures of life are just so simple and so natural! Yet we keep hankering after complex ways to keep us happy and we go all out, to outdo others and ourselves in a bid to find that lasting satisfaction. Yet in our moments of solitude, when we relect; we realise that even from the peak of those exaggerations; what stays with us to forever warm our hearts and bring a smile on the face are just simple moments - the most basic, normal, even general and natural and spontaneous expressions of love - certainly our most cherished memories and our most priced possesions!

Triumph
Today, as I chose to go beyond my fears, I saw my limitations, like a pack of cards, crumble and fly
Today, as I happily lost many of them to faith,I rejoiced,how blissfully abundant was I
Today, as I allowed myself to rise above my fears ,I could feel, the vast expanse of the sky
Today, as I gradually grew over them, I was amazed at how much more was I
Today, as I chose to see my fears in the eye, they thanked me for setting them free and let them part
Today, as I saw trust and love mingle and grow, I thanked the universe and blessed my heart.
Today, I triumphed- for they conquer, who believe they can!

It is best to be never involved in other peoples drama. They are living and acting out their own beliefs and thoughts; just as you- your own. whether to be part of their Play or not is a choice; your choice ! Choose sensibly and step aside ,especially when you feel or sense any kind of negativity that seems to be sucking you in. This way you do not succumb to the pressure of playing along and you can spare yourself the trouble of indulging in negative emotions like hate, anger,resentment, guilt, sorrow, frustrations and pain. Just a simple act of distancing yourself a little and you allow yourself the freedom to step into a much more engaging world of forgiveness, kindness ,love and happiness that is constantly beckoning you. To make the appropriate choice means to leave no scope for bitterness ,at least in your own heart always reminding yourself that they are entitled to make their own choices and all you are doing is not making their drama your own. One small yet responsible act, and the journey that could have been of blame otherwise, transforms into a glorious trail of acceptance.

It is so exhilarating to laugh at your own mistakes!
Of late I have begun to allow my mistakes to sit on me lightly; like mischievous kids. I then drop all my defenses and sit back and watch them go through their antics - anger, confusion, annoyance irritation , embarrassment and every other stupidity. Not only am I unperturbed; but most of the times I am cant help being amused at the silly commotion thus caused. and when it feels that I had enough; I simply heave a sigh, get up and gently pick up them up and place them aside. What a tremendous freedom and so effortless ! Moreover the lessons learnt are more or less the same; what shifts dramatically though; is my experience!
