Regular exercise in terms of weight training is extremely important not just for athletes but also for men, women and geriatric (older population) population to maintain a strong body which makes it possible for them to accomplish day to day task with minimum effort. In a world full of desk workers, many people rarely get time for a workout with challenges their muscles and nervous system. This not just makes those muscles weaker but shorter making them lose flexibility and their joints more prone to injury.

There is nothing like healthy food. There's food which a certain animal/organism should eat and there's food which the organism HAS to eat when the first choice of food isn't available. Then there's food which is not tolerated by the organism very well and causes various metabolic side-effects.

It's is very important to be able to observe the current health situation of populations and the prescribed dietary guidelines. Have the dietary guidelines actually made us a better and thriving population? Has it been able to help people lose weight and keep it off? What do the obesity, diabetes, Cardiovascular risk number say about people's health?

It becomes extremely important to look back on the actual causes of all these metabolic illnesses and see if it were WE who made matters worse.
