Anxiety is an emotion that we all face during various phases of our lives. For some people, anxiety helps them improve performance, while for others, it could burn them out. Here are some self-care tips on how to handle anxiety when it gets too much to handle: -
Try out some Yoga or Meditation or both
Exercise regularly
Get adequate sleep and rest
Try to avoid alcohol and caffeine
When you’re dealing with specific situations: -
Don’t worry about things that aren’t in your control.
Be proud and happy with your small victories
Reach out to friends, family or professionals for help if it gets too much for you to handle.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. Reach out to whoever makes you comfortable in order to ease your transition.
