We at Samarth Clinic highly support tomorrow's "Janta Curfew", below are some tips by which you can be active and productive for the whole day. You begin your morning by doing 30 minutes of 💪🏼 exercise, which has yoga 🧘🏻‍♂breathing exercises like Pranayam, Kapalbhati, Alunom vilunom. Also, you can do deep breathing exercise🧘🏻‍♀ that is to slowly inhale from your nostrils and slowly exhale from your mouth as if you are blowing a candle, this helps in stimulating the three main regions of your lung's i.e, Diaphragmatic, Lateral costal, and Apical. In this do more exercises for the Diaphragm muscle as it's most important in the Respiratory system. While doing these exercises be careful that you are alone. In the afternoon take a small nap and in the evening at 5 pm as mentioned by our Honourable Prime Minister do the 👏clapping for 5 minutes. We all are soldiers against Coronavirus, we will fight it together. Do call📱your near and dear ones or message them and pass the positive thoughts.

Despite all the requests and government warnings on Coronavirus, We continue to see our people gather around during the evenings and make the most of their “stay at home “ situation. Kids continue to play in groups while parents are taking a break.
Please understand it’s very important to restrict movements currently, including morning and evening walks. Please stop having cricket matches on the lawn and late evening chat parties.
COVID 19 is no longer a problem that’s only in present some other part of the world. It’s here now, amongst us and spreading quickly. Please stay indoors and try to stay away from each other as much as possible. Wash your hands frequently, please cover your mouth and nose while coughing. Avoid social gatherings. The reason being worried is that we have a large number of children and elderly people. In case even if 10 people in a group of 100 get infected and they keep moving around, they can infect the rest of the healthy 90 people in a matter of hours.
One doesn’t have to be symptomatic to infect others, about 40-50% of the infected people are asymptomatic.
Please be responsible citizens and make it worthwhile for the medical personnel to fight against this pandemic disease, no doctors /no nurses can work from home. We at Samarth Clinic at Mulund East are using sanitizer and taking patients strictly by appointment only to avoid the queue in the clinic. Kindly spread the word and stay safe🙏 To book appointments call on 9967656935

Women are always a source of inspiration for the family and the society. Happy Women's day to all the incredible women's!
Today on Women's day we would like to discuss a problem faced by 90% of the women, Pelvic floor problems. This can occur when the pelvic floor muscles are stretched, weakened or too tight. Some female have weak pelvic floor muscles from an early age, while others notice problems after certain life stages such as house work exertion, pregnancy, childbirth or menopause. Some may have pelvic floor muscles that are too tight and cannot relax. Common signs that can indicate a pelvic floor problem are accidentally leaking urine when you exercise, laugh, cough or sneeze, needing to go to the toilet in a hurry, finding it difficult to empty your bladder or bowel. Although all these problems are hidden, but your pelvic floor muscles can be consciously controlled and therefore trained, much like your arm, leg or abdominal muscles. Like other muscles in your body, your pelvic floor muscles will become stronger with a regular exercise program. We at Samarth Clinic have successfully treated this problem by using different technique like Osteopathy and Chiropractic techniques, KIASTM, Mulligan technique and Strengthening Exercise. Cervical rib is a supernumerary (extra) rib which arises from the seventh cervical vertebra. It is a congenital abnormality located above the normal first rib. It gets diagnosed mostly in middle age group persons though it is present since birth. This is because that by middle age, the shoulders start drooping which causes the cervical rib to get depressed and hence compressing the nerve root of the concerned region. This rib is usually asymptomatic but it may give rise to neurological symptoms if it exerts pressure. Due to which patients may have symptoms like stiffness in shoulder, weakness of neck muscles due to which numbness, and difficulty in mobility can be seen.We at Samarth Clinic provide effective treatment like Electro therapy like SWD, TENS, IFT, Ultrasound therapy, Exercise therapy, Muscle relaxation techniques like MFR with KIASTM, Manual therapy like Mulligan technique to improve mobility and also Kenisio taping .For more information visit Samarth Clinic at Mulund East or call on 9967656935

Shoulder impingement syndrome is a common cause of shoulder pain. It occurs when there is impingement or injury to the muscles between the shoulder bones. This is common shoulder condition seen in adults as they get older. Individuals doing overhead activity of the shoulder, especially repeated activity, are at the risk for shoulder impingement syndrome. Examples include: painting, lifting, swimming, tennis, and other overhead sports.
Patients with the impingement syndrome may feel persistent pain and it also affects everyday activities such as reaching up behind the back or when the arms are extended above the head. If not treated on time impingement syndrome can lead to inflammation of the rotator cuff tendons (tendinitis) and bursa (bursitis). This can also damage the rotator cuff tendons and it can start to thin and tear. The most trusted way to avoid this condition is to consult a physiotherapist. We at Samarth Clinic provide different types of treatments like Electro therapy, Exercise therapy, Strengthening Exercise, Osteopathy and Chiropractic thrust. For more information kindly book an appointment at Samarth Clinic call 9967656935

Often, the term "Sciatica" is confused with general back pain, Sciatica is not just limited to the back. It is the name given to pain caused by irritation of the sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve is the longest and widest nerve in the human body. It runs from the lower back, through the buttocks, and down the legs, ending just below the knee. Anything that irritates this nerve can cause pain, ranging from mild to severe. Sciatica is usually caused by a compressed nerve in the lower spine. This nerve controls several muscles in the lower legs and supplies sensation to the skin of the foot and the majority of the lower leg. Sciatica is not a condition, but rather a symptom of any other problem involving the sciatic nerve. As per the study, experts estimate that up to 40 percent of people will experience sciatica at least once in their life. The main symptoms are patients may feel pain, numbness or tingling sensation anywhere along the sciatic nerve that is between the lower back to down the backside of either leg. Physiotherapy is very effective. The physiotherapist at Samarth Clinic will use different therapies like Electrotherapy, Exercise Therapy and Manual Therapy with Mulligan and Osteopathy techniques.
