At ACG, building inclusive and future-ready leadership is far more than a one-off initiative. It’s deeply embedded in how we create organisations that endure, adapt, and grow.

Through our flagship We Lead programme, we focus on strengthening leadership capability, strategic thinking and self-awareness among our women associates – enabling them to lead with confidence, clarity and impact.

After establishing two successful cohorts in India, we then expanded We Lead internationally, to Brazil. The Brazil cohort brought together 13 women associates for an immersive leadership experience that deepened self-awareness, sharpened strategic perspective, and strengthened individuals’ ability to influence and lead effectively. What really stood out was the openness and presence participants brought to the experiences – for themselves, one another, and the systems they lead within.

Leadership is most meaningful and enduring when it’s informed and shaped by diverse ways of thinking. Multiple perspectives enhance decision-making, improve risk-awareness, and enable organisations to balance action with reflection, speed with sustainability, and outcomes with relationships.

Strengthening women’s leadership doesn’t mean replacing one leadership model with another. It diversifies the leadership landscape – creating cultures where listening strengthens insight, collaboration fuels performance, and complexity is engaged with methodically.

In times of uncertainty, such leadership keeps organisations coherent by integrating strategy, culture and people, with purpose.
