Meet Vaishali Dsouza, a finance leader whose journey is defined by consistency, commitment and a genuine care for people.

Vaishali began her journey with ACG Capsules in 1995 as Lead – Accounts, building a strong foundation in financial discipline and operational excellence. Over the years, her dedication and growing expertise saw her move to Manager – Accounts in 2004 and Senior Manager – Accounts in 2007, with each milestone reflecting her expanding contribution to financial governance and business stability.

In 2019, she transitioned to the corporate function as Finance Shared Services Head, overseeing finance operations across 14 ACG companies, both domestic and satellite. This phase marked an important chapter in her career, highlighting her ability to lead at scale while driving alignment, efficiency and strong financial stewardship.

In 2023, she stepped into the role of Head – Finance, marking a significant milestone in a career spanning nearly three decades. Today, Vaishali leads with clarity and strategic insight, while remaining approachable and supportive to those she works with. Her empathy, willingness to help and collaborative spirit have made her not only a respected leader, but also a trusted mentor.

From conquering the demanding 55K mountain trails of Serra Fina through a cold, humid night to achieving a personal best of 2:42 at the Florianópolis Marathon and securing first place in his age category, each milestone reflects resilience, courage and a relentless drive to grow.
