We’re delighted to welcome Rajesh Kumar to the ACG family as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ACG Capsules.

With over three decades of leadership experience across the beverages, food, nutraceuticals, and chemicals industries, Rajesh is a results-driven leader known for driving operational excellence, sustainability, and transformative growth.

Before joining ACG, he served as Chief Technical Officer and Head of India Operations at Varun Beverages Ltd. (PepsiCo’s largest global franchisee) and has held senior leadership roles at United Breweries, EID Parry, Mars International, Pepsi Foods, GSK Consumer Healthcare, and ICI India Ltd.

An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, Rajesh is recognized for his strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.

Last week, our 3-day lab training programme on oral solid dosage (OSD) technology wrapped up.

With production, quality, and engineering professionals, we explored managing variability, optimising throughput, and mastering preventive maintenance. And they brought curiosity and enthusiasm every step of the way!

Ultimately, it’s about more than just processes. It’s about getting better at making medicine. Because when we learn to make it better, people can get better.

Meet Manasi Bhekre - a leader whose story is defined by tenacity, transformation, and an unwavering drive to make an impact.

Manasi’s journey with ACG Inspection began in 2011 when she stepped into the world of software development. With each project delivered, she built more than just solutions — she built confidence, credibility, and a reputation for excellence.

By 2014, she was leading as a Lead Engineer, guiding teams and shaping innovations that strengthened ACG’s inspection capabilities. Her next leap came in 2017 as Manager - Software Development, where she led complex projects blending technology and precision.

In 2023, she embraced a new challenge as Senior Manager - Program Management Head, and today, as Head - PMO, Presales & Project Management, she drives large-scale initiatives that reflect ACG’s promise of quality and innovation.

From engineering to leadership, Manasi’s story is proof that when passion meets perseverance, possibilities become endless. She reminds us that true leaders don’t just manage projects - they inspire progress.

Recently, the halls of ACG Europe burst into life with laughter, creativity and curiosity as we hosted our annual Kids’ Day.

The event welcomed 43 young guests: children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews of our associates – aged from 1 to 16 – as a celebration of the extended ACG family that makes our community so special.

The day began with a warm welcome from our Director, Matko Vukušić, and continued with a crescendo of creativity and fun — from hands-on Little Chemists experiments and imaginative workshops, to games and face painting, and a magical show that raised a big smile on everyone’s face.

Events like these reflect our belief that when we care for our people and their families, we build stronger teams and a more meaningful workplace.
