Falun Dafa in India Spiritual System, Mind-Body Exercises, helps to improve Immunity and Positivity.

Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) is a high-level cultivation practice guided by the characteristics of the universe—Truthfulness, Benevolence, and Forbearance. "Cultivation" means continuously striving to better harmonize oneself with these universal principles. “Practice” refers to the exercises – five sets of easy-to-learn gentle movements and meditation. Cultivating oneself is essential; practicing the exercises supplements the process. Over time, the principles of Dafa unveil the deepest and most profound truths of the universe. Following the principles, practitioners of Falun Dafa are able to reach very high realms, enlightening to the true meanings of life, and finding the path of return to their origins and true selves. While the exercises have deep inner meanings, they also help to reduce stress and can bring great improvements in health and fitness.

"Falun Dafa practitioners gathered in multiple cities of India on July 20, 2025, to mourn practitioners who have died during the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) 26-year-long persecution of their faith. Practitioners called for an end to the persecution."
They held banners, practiced the Falun Dafa exercises, distributed fliers, collected signatures, and held candlelight vigils. The peaceful scenes attracted passersby, who stopped to talk with practitioners or read fliers. Many people signed a petition calling to stop the CCP’s human rights atrocities

On July 20, 2025, 29 Falun Dafa practitioners from Mumbai and Pune held a candlelight vigil at Carter Road, Bandra, marking 26 years since the persecution of Falun Dafa began in China in 1999. The event called for an end to the ongoing human rights abuses by the Chinese Communist Party and aimed to raise awareness and support for Falun Dafa’s values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.
