Can we just pause for a moment?🌸

This tiny flower in my hand is a reminder: Sometimes the most delicate things need the most gentle attention.

How often do we pour our energy into work, obligations, and everyone else, and completely ignore a part of ourselves that’s quietly asking for care?

Maybe it’s the artist you haven’t given a sketchbook to in years, the learner whose curiosity is starving, or simply the person who just needs a quiet Sunday afternoon, not a packed to-do list.

It’s time to stop taking that essential piece of you for granted. Acknowledging it is the first, and most important, act of self-love.

Last night was difficult. I struggled to sleep after staying put for an hour. I reached out to my phone, but instead of scrolling, I opened the treasure trove of photos and videos. And I stumbled upon this after sooo long!!

This is one of my absolute favourites. It made me smile, tear up slightly and feel so much joy all at the same time.

This video is from the event in 2019.

And here is the thing about memories…many say that memories hold you back, so just look forward and move ahead .

But for many, memories of the past give hope about something beautiful that could happen in future as well. For many, it gives a reason to smile when the present looks challenging and difficult. And for many like me, it presents the opportunity to occasionally look back and feel immense joy and gratitude for all these precious moments.

So many people are in a hurry to judge those who hold on to past memories, and also judge themselves for being unable to move forward.

Here’s the thing - be kind to others… You don’t know what their journey is..

and with regard to yourself, be a little more accepting of the current you rather than beating yourself up for not being the “ideal you” that you want to be!

✨ Delays aren’t always setbacks — sometimes they’re life’s way of slowing us down.

At the airport, I realized my trip was meant to be about pausing… yet I was still rushing inside. The moment I embraced slowing down, everything shifted.

What a day! What an experience! What a challenge — in all the best ways! 🏋️‍♀️🔥

Yesterday, I took on the Cult Unbound Challenge, and it was nothing short of incredible.
Despite nursing a glute sprain, I showed up — mindfully, intentionally, and with deep respect for my body. I knew my personal record on the deadlift was higher, but I consciously chose to go 15 kg lower — because healing is way more important to me than proving anything to anyone!

✨ This challenge was not just physical — it was emotional, mental, and deeply personal.
And I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

From the rock-solid support of my coaches who guided us patiently and powerfully…not just on the day of the event, but every single day! Thank youuu for the tips for “nananana re 😂 (shariq I met you for the first time, but what an amazing experience it was.. looking forward to training with you too), Prabhakar, Tabu, Pankaj, and a couple others whose names I don’t recall! Thanks for the insta tips 😁

To my amazing friend who signed up instantly when I asked — travelled from afar and partnered with me through every rep, every round, every moment…it made the entire experience so much more fun!

To my cheer squad of family and friends whose energy lifted me every time I felt the twinge… thank you for those loud screams and cheer. It truly helped!

My lovely brother Kartik and mom who came all the way to cheer for me! I felt so loved!!

And most of all, to AJ , my best friend, my biggest cheerleader — who was right there, cheering me on, capturing the memories, and being the unwavering, camera-holding, proud husband.. my friends were super thrilled to get their pics too! So thanks for that.. thats a job well done 😜

I walked away with sore muscles and a fuller heart. Grateful for every person, every push, and every pause.

We’ve done the best that we could, taught ourselves how to survive, thrive and be better in the best way possible.

If we didn’t choose to unlearn and relearn, no teacher with the best skills would have been able to help us.

When I look back, July has always been special. This year has been no different. Some really amazing workshops with really awesome participants and willing collaborators.

Taking a moment to express gratitude to Yashodhara and Anubha, for this wonderful opportunity. This was a workshop I facilitated at the start of the month, on “Setting and Honouring Boundaries”.

While the topic in itself is close to my heart, mainly because there is so much ignorance around what boundaries really are, this is what makes it even more special…

Scorpio has started running an excellent initiative- Internship Programs for relatives of employees, giving them the opportunity to get a sense of working in a corporate, and also conducting workshops on various topics to empower these kids.

It was awesome how we brainstormed and arrived at this topic. The lightbulb moments in the room were priceless.

Thrilled and grateful to be part of this initiative. Its amazing how you are giving this platform to the youth (and setting really high workplace standards for them😃)

Today is the last day of the month - and I am thrilled to reserve this for the end!!

Abundance of celebrations and milestones is a mild way to put it, I think.. Thank you

The story of each pic starts now..

1. I asked the universe for more money this year… didn’t expect it in dollars. First salary hit different. 💸

2. I’ve always wanted to see Times Square and I did it 😎

3. I got to see snowfall every childhood dream come true. No words

4. Volunteering during National Public Health Week — a goal that made me proud and fulfilled.

5. Being a huge Friends Fan I used to watch Rachel shop at Macy’s… today, it was me. The universe remembers. 🤗

6. I got my kal ho na ho moment I finally went to the Brooklyn bridge and felt like a main character the whole time.

7. I remember when I was a kid I used to play a game called Statue of Liberty and l as soon as I saw that it with my own eyes my inner child was so happy I couldn’t believe that one day I would see this.

8. I dreamt of going abroad — and I did. Lived, learned, and survived my first year in America.

9. Coming home was on my vision board — and the universe made it happen. 🏡

10. I always wanted to see a wedding with all rituals and I got one to see that I dint imagine it would be a family wedding. And I had a perfect outfit planned in my mind and I nailed it couldn’t be more happier

11. Being truly myself and happy after a long time with no judgement

I can go on and on but these were some of the main highlights that felt like a celebration 🎉

Can it get any better than to close the month with this kind of a celebration post!!

Showing up isn’t always the beginning — sometimes, it’s the final step in a long conversation you’ve had with yourself.

This morning, the rain almost had me skip my workout. Almost.

But the self-talk was strong:

“You’ve already prepped breakfast.”
“Your day’s looking smooth and planned.”
“This is exactly the kind of morning where you can make time for yourself.”
“And hey, you love driving in the rain when there’s no traffic.”
“Rain + music = your happy place.”
I reminded myself how much joy I get from little things — singing to my favourite rain songs, watching the misty roads, reclaiming the mood of the day before the day begins.

So I drove, enjoyed the music, and showed up.

And after that, a killer high-intensity session with had me glowing and grateful.

On the drive back, the music stayed on, the mood elevated, still buzzing from the workout and that post-rain calm. 🎶 (do check out my IG story for a snippet of me singing in the rain 😁)

Sometimes, it’s not motivation that gets you there.
It’s the way you talk to yourself… and what you choose to stack in your favour.

Thank you Kamesh for the energy, the push, and the perfect start to the week. 🙌
