Mostly we are stuck in life because of some reasons and are not able to overcome because of fixed beliefs,lifestyle,misconceptions,fears ,anxiety,depressing thoughts, procastination,lack of focus/attention,etc. And usually these reasons cannot be dealt with just by discussion at the conscious level hence it requires sub-conscious healing ,with various healing modalities like creative arts,music,meditation,chakra balancing,the art of being mindful,EFT,CBT,Graphology,Emotional Healing by applying emotional intelligence and also Energy healing etc. Because most of the times the WHY is not clear and hence the suffering so once that WHY is clear the HOW is easy .
