StillFlow Move | Heal | Discover We are certified Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) practitioners who use body through varying means to bring about an experience. Keep moving!

We facilitate using body movement, rhythms, sounds in a manner that is healing and allows for an inner experiential journey. At StillFlow we create a platform and space where our inner selves can be fully expressed. Through the use of music, movements and breaths, we create a space within ourselves to go back to; where we take ourselves back. StillFlow embarks on a journey inwards, a journey home, to experience all that we know, but are unable to say. It is about taking time out for yourself to give yourself the permission to feel, express, heal, and discover that which is within you. That which is You!

**Anybody and everybody is welcome for the workshops. It is not required that you be a dancer. We explore movements and rhythms creatively. About us:

Ksh*tija Suryavanshi

Ksh*tija is a therapist, a healer and a trained dancer. She is exposed to and knowledgeable about various alternative healing modalities. She has done 3 levels of hypnotherapy from CHII. Her ardent love for the matters of the mind, spirit and soul, and her passion for dancing made her gravitate towards DMT and alternate healing forms. Always a firm believer that a person is capable of enormous feats given the chance and opportunities to, she believes in not letting the naysayers get the best of her. A trained Dance/Movement therapy practitioner, her skills as a psychologist compliments well with her 17 years training as a dancer helping in understanding the psyche and in decoding the language that is of the body. Payel Mitra

Payel is a working professional with nearly 10 years of experience in corporate. After spending these many years in ruthless corporate rat-race she realised that there was a need for something more.Her quest for connecting to her body and mind,made her chance upon Dance movement therapy. She has successfully completed her course from Tata Institute of Social Science and is a trained DMT practitioner. She is exposed to Butoh dance form.She is also a follower of Nicheren Buddhism which helps her connect to the oneness of mind and body. She is an avid reader and a travel enthusiast.
