It is said that the journey towards the mind starts from your body. Mind Your Body, conceptualized by Ajinkya Natu, will focus on the importance of practicing Yoga in one's daily life and will also cover the benefits of regular exercise for improving and maintaining one's overall health. Ajinkya Natu is a Certified Yoga Trainer/Therapist trained at Yoga Vidya Niketan, Mumbai and a Certified Thai Yoga Bodywork Specialist. He is also a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer from American College of Sports Medicine. He has done several workshops by American College of Sports Medicine including Nutrition & Weight Management, Pilates, Speed and Agility Training and Exercise for Special Population. Having always been a sports and fitness enthusiast, and having participated in state-level swimming and badminton and playing other sports regularly, Ajinkya started his professional journey in the world of Health and Fitness in 2010. He has been successfully conducting group and personal training since.

Regular practice of Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing) is like training and purification of the nervous system. Also called as Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama, it helps in getting ready for the practice of other Pranayamas.
The inhalation and exhalation is performed through the nostrils alternately.
