Real hunger feels like: lightness in stomach, a clear burp (no food taste), good energy levels, mental clarity, and genuine desire for food. It’s not just you - rain makes everyone sluggish. 🌧️ Rainy weather affects your body’s elements: increased moisture in environment, increases Kapha dosha (earth + water), creates heaviness, lethargy, excess sleep, and decreased motivation. How to counter: avoid daytime sleep (increases Kapha), eat light, warm, spiced foods, drink ginger or cinnamon tea, do light exercise or yoga, and keep environment dry and warm.
