Holi safety tips by Dr.Jalpa Kapadia Rachh:-
1) Apply oil all over the hair. Tie the hair so as to avoid more damage. Hair left open is more prone to colour induced damage.

2) Apply moisturizer and sunscreen all over the body including covered areas.

3) Ladies can apply nail paint to protect their nail from colour damage.
4 Wear full sleeved clothes to reduce contact of skin with colour.

5) Do not try and remove all colours on the same day by repeated srubbing. Excess scrubbing can cause more damage to skin than the colour itself.

6) Try to dust off the excess colour before shower.

7) Last but not the least, be thoughtful of others. Do not spray water or colour's over the eyes and mouth. Use herbal, non toxic colours instead of pucca colours.
Your momentary fun should not be the cause of trouble for others.
