200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) Program
200-hour Course Features:
In this course, we focus on Ashtanga and the Vinyasa primary series, including:

Proper alignment, benefits, and potential risks of foundational yoga postures
Principles of anatomy and their application to each posture
The science and art of sequencing a yoga class
Hands-on adjustments and body observation
Teaching methodologies for confidence-building
Yoga history and philosophy
Introduction to the subtle body and meditation
Sanskrit names of the postures
This intensive training is designed to provide a transformational experience, deepening your understanding of yoga and enhancing your daily life. For aspiring teachers, this marks the beginning of a successful yoga teaching career.
