What's even more remarkable is that many of my other students, without special needs, often find it challenging to sit for that long.

This student's focus, determination, and calm demeanor are truly inspiring!

I'm constantly reminded of the transformative power of yoga and the incredible potential that lies within each and every one of my students.

2️⃣ Asanas🤸🏻‍♀️
🕗Timing: 7 am to 7.40am

3️⃣ 51 to 108 Suryanamaskar Live through Zoom video call☀️🙏🏻
🕘Timing: 7.45 am to 8.30am
👉🏼Eligible For Surya namaskar : No age limit, Regular Practice of Suryanamaskar.
👉🏼 Ineligible for Surya namaskar : Any kind of injury/operation in last 3 month or heart patients or pregnant lady cannot join.

🛑 Registration Compulsory, the call will be scheduled on Zoom
