This post is not only a good reminder but creating an awareness post as well for those who are either contemplating therapy or are hesitant to seek help, due to some misconceptions. Infact now it's more and more necessary to go for therapy for each one of us, even doctors and mental health professionals themselves. Why doctors and MHP's? well they too can have some compassion fatigue besides some other personal life challenges as well. So it's ok to seek help. Get into therapy and feel better. Infact it's much more to do with mental fitness these days, as in to learn tools etc to cope with day to day challenges etc, whether it's in the professional or personal sphere of life.
