Unfortunately, even a global pandemic doesn't stop people from suffering cardiac arrest. Providing CPR is a lifesaving skill, follow these tips if you come across someone is in need during this pandemic.

✔️Wash your hands
✔️If you can, wear a mask and gloves
✔️Look for signs of breathing, don't listen near their mouth
✔️Give chest compressions only, not rescue breaths
✔️Keep bystanders 1.5 metres away
