Sajivam Wellness

The origin of our name Sajivam has been derived from Pali - Vedic Sanskrit which means Vitality, the power to live or grow. "...a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity...”. Our philosophy behind Sajivam is to help you to Rejuvenate your Body. Soothe your mind. Nurture your soul. Wellness is in oneness of body, mind & soul. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and knowing/learning to make choices, especially healthy choices, that will lead individuals towards a longer and more successful existence. Wellness is much more than simple “an absence of illness and/or disease”. Wellness is a proactive and preventative approach that is designed to provide optimum levels of health, emotional and social functioning. Maintaining an optimal level of wellness is crucial to enjoy a higher quality of life. We've all seen the images of Sportsperson getting injured on the field, during training, during camps Is never a pretty sight and for the injured player the road to a full recovery can be long, arduous, paved with hardships and bouts of self-doubt. Often during this process of recovery, places are lost and comebacks prove tougher. Think fitness training in the scheme of any sports, and only over the last few years - in part due to the pressure of various prominent leagues - have fitness standards improved. There has been more emphasis put on strength and conditioning for the men's and women's teams, but we do not often hear of the science behind the prevention of injuries. Sajivam Sports, a division of Sajivam Wellness; is a physical and mental conditioning organization which focuses on training and helping sportsperson at the grassroots level and beyond to remain at an optimum level of fitness always. It is dedicated to making them aware of the science of the body, how to know their bodies better, enhancing performance and how to prevent injuries that can commonly occur. It also focuses, among other aspects of the sportsperson's body, on psychology, physiotherapy, pain management and helping them unwind. Sajivam Wellness is a state-of-the-art facility located in Bengaluru, India. We provide a full range of services like chronic pain management and prevention, health improvement with medical and general fitness programs. Our mission is "to continually improve the health and quality of life of the people in the communities we serve”.
