Is there such a thing as a "miracle" superfood for cancer? 🫐🍵

Many believe that consuming specific berries, powders, or teas can cure cancer. The truth is, while healthy food is a powerful tool for prevention and reducing risk, it cannot "cure" the disease once it exists.

As Dr. Nirmal Raut says, if food alone was the cure, oncologists would be out of a job! Stick to the proven formula for health: a balanced diet, consistent exercise, and regular medical screenings.

Trust the science. Stay informed.

Staying hydrated is more than just a habit—it's a critical part of your recovery during cancer treatment. 💧

In this video, Dr. Nirmal Raut explains why drinking 8–10 glasses (2–3 liters) of water daily is essential, especially during chemotherapy. Water helps flush out toxins and keeps your body functioning at its best. Watch out for signs of dehydration like dark urine, dry mouth, or dizziness, and make sure you’re giving your body the "simplest medicine" it needs!

Did you know that colon cancer is now the second most common cancer globally? 📊

The good news is that it is highly preventable. A colonoscopy is a unique "two-in-one" procedure—it allows doctors to detect issues AND remove potentially precancerous polyps at the same time. If you are 45 or older, or have a family history of digestive issues, now is the time to prioritize your screening.

Your health is a temple; take care of it! 🙏

Your health shouldn't wait for a "sign." 🛑

Many people believe that cancer screening is only necessary if you feel unwell. However, as we discuss in this video, proactive screening—especially for colon cancer starting at age 45—is a standard preventive measure that saves lives globally.

Don't wait for symptoms like pain or discomfort to take action. Early detection is your best defense. Knowledge is power, but action is protection!

Is Cancer Contagious? Let’s Clear the Air! 🎗️

One of the biggest misconceptions about cancer is that it can spread like a common cold or flu. Many families worry that sharing meals, utensils, or even a simple hug could be risky.

In this video, we debunk this myth once and for all. While certain viruses (like HPV or Hepatitis) can increase cancer risk, the disease itself is not infectious. It's time to replace fear with facts and end the stigma surrounding cancer patients. 🤝✨

"We found nine polyps." 🩺

That’s a sentence that could change anyone’s life. In her latest screening, Shivani Daxini discovered nine benign polyps. As Dr. Nirmal Raut explains, these are often the "starting blocks" of cancer.

The good news? Because they were found early, they were removed before they ever had the chance to turn into something more serious. This is the power of a colonoscopy—it doesn't just find cancer; it prevents it.

If you’re 45 or older, don’t leave your health to chance. A single procedure can reset your risk to zero.

Worried that cancer might run in your family? The truth is, only 5 to 10% of cancer cases are purely genetic (like BRCA mutations or Lynch syndrome). The remaining 90% are linked to lifestyle, environmental factors, and random chance.

If you have a family history, don't panic—take charge! Prioritize a healthy lifestyle, opt for early screenings, and consider genetic testing if multiple family members are affected. Your destiny is not decided. You are empowered! 💪

Does your bra cause breast cancer? Let’s clear the air! ❌🎀

There is a common myth that wearing tight or underwire bras can lead to breast cancer. As a medical oncologist, I’m here to tell you: there is zero scientific evidence to support this.

Breast cancer is influenced by factors like genetics, hormonal changes, and lifestyle choices—not your choice of lingerie. While comfort is important for your daily routine, it isn't a cancer risk.

Focus on what actually matters:
✅ Regular self-examinations
✅ Mammograms after age 40
✅ Maintaining a healthy weight

Stay informed, stay healthy!

Cancer stages samajhna mushkil nahi hai — aur zaroori bhi hai. Stage 1 se Stage 4 tak ka safar sirf numbers ka nahi, awareness ka hai.

Stage 1 mein early detection life-saving ho sakta hai. Stage 2 & 3 mein treatment aggressive hota hai, lekin recovery possible hai. Stage 4 mein bhi hope khatam nahi hoti — focus hota hai better quality of life aur long survival par.

👉 Yaad rakhiye: Higher stage ≠ hopelessness — sahi treatment aur positive mindset bahut farq laate hain.
