Now you have binged on more sugar in ONE NIGHT than you have restricted in the entire month 🤨
All that progress - lost in a night! This is why MODERATION is the key 🔑
No food is BAD for you. It’s about the amount of it you consume.
If a small scoop of icecream after a meal is helping you stay away from slurping up the whole tub at night, then that is HEALTHY 😋
