WALKING BEST OF ALL EXERCISE
Benefits of Walking
1. there is movement of about 200 muscles in the body
2.it strengthens bones and increases bone density
3.there is good blood circulation in the body
4 it lowers blood pressure
5. U inhale lot of oxygen in the body
6. it is good warm up before any exercise and yoga
7. it is blessings for the patient of Diabetes .
NOTE
1.Brisk walking is good and jogging should not be resorted as jogging in the long run may harm your Knee
2. 30 Minutes walking a day is sufficient
3. U should walk on grass and if not feasible on the even surface of Road

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE EXERCISES AND ASANS AND PRANAYAM
yesterday I had advised on food for HIGH BP
In this post my advice will be on EXERCISES.
1. Brisk walking 30 to 40 minutes is very good and it may reduce BP by 5 to 10 mm
2.running and jogging should be avoided.
3. ASANS which are in inverted position should not be practiced.
4. Bhastrika pranayam should be avoided..
5. Asans should be practiced under the guidance of yoga instructor as many ASANAS are prohibited.
6. ARDHA -MATSYENDRA , BHUJANGASAN can be practiced .
7. NADI SODHAN PRANAYAM is very good for Hyper tension.
8. SAVASAN IS very very good and brings down the BP immediately.

ADVICE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
FOOD
1. Avoid excess consumption of salt and stop eating Papad , chatni, Pickle and even Amul butter
2. pl remember salt not only enhances BP but it increase work of Kidney.and STOPS EMISSION of water form body.
3. even sugar is bad as not known by many as INCREASES cholesterol and makes ARTERIES thick . take less sugar
4. Drink LEMON / NIMBU very good for heart as also makes
ARTERIES flexible for blood
5. take ripe Bananas as it contains POTASSIUM which controls blood pressure

VAJRASAN is the only ASANA which can be practiced only after food. Practice for 5 -10 minutes as may be convenient .
1. It helps digestion of food and removes gas problem.
2. It increases white Blood cells in the Body.

EAT JAGGERY OR GUR after eating food to remove Acidity and also it is very good source of Iron. DESI or ORGANIC GUR should be preferred
