A long post alert for my man on my special day: This particular painting was gifted on one of the birthdays before we got married!! And it wasn’t the picture that depicted a super woman who can do it all! But for a super woman that I will become one day and that he will show up and support no matter what to make it happen!!

It’s been over 5 years! And to me it still doesn’t feel any different from when we said yes to each other to now when we carry out responsibilities, living together!!

Thank you for always being there and stepping up to every role, responsibility, every promise and the madness that the life demands to remind me that life is to be enjoyed and not stressed over!! To transforming me to a better person and being the wind beneath my wings to sore higher, to help me overcome my fears and to push me to dare!!

I love you !! Thank you for making my life so so significant and special!!

The Large Blood Clots during your Periods are not normal. What is considered normal size is a size of a quarter which I smaller than an inch as per the medical standards.

The uterine lining is shedding and hence this.

Now if you have clots that are bigger, chances are you are suffering from estrogen dominance. Not essentially high estrogen in the system but it could also be lower progesterone causing overall high estrogen levels!!

You might be suffering from Fibroid, PCOS, Endometriosis and it would be a good idea to get an ultrasound done to get the correct picture!!

Sesame during winters can turn to be a life saver. Here is how you can use them to gain maximum benefits during winters:
1. Abhyanga: use for body massage to add warmth. You can apply it and steam or just perform some movement to let the blood circulation do that for you or sit in the sun for sometime
2. Rub it on the sole of the feet to add extra warmth and improve the overall mental state of feeling more in control and settled
3. Rub a little on the chest when you feel congestion due to cold
4. You can even use it for oil pulling
5. You can even use it in the cooking if you live in an extremely cold region!!

If you are trying to Manage your Blood Sugar or Going on Calorie Deficit, all three act in the same fashion. You won’t see much of an improvement!!

While Ayurvedically they are used in different seasons, situation and body state and are slightly healthier nutritionally, they still harm you in the two circumstances!!

Immunity is just not about fighting infections, it’s also about how you lead your day to day life!! The quality with which you spend them vs the number of days you spend it!!
