🎯 Precision runs in the Mehta family!
At the All India G.V. Mavlankar Shooting Championship in Ahmedabad, Prof. Dr. Cyres Mehta, renowned eye surgeon from Mumbai representing Maharashtra, won a 🥉 Bronze Medal in Standard Pistol — his third national medal! 👏
He was recognised by his mentor Shri Ashok Pandit, Arjuna Awardee, President of the Maharashtra Rifle Association, and Vice President of the Maharashtra Olympic Association, for his continued excellence in both medicine and sport.
Following in his footsteps, 13-year-old Zane Mehta shot an impressive 258/300 in Sports Pistol, earning the title “Aspiring Shooter of India” and qualifying to represent Maharashtra at the Nationals in Delhi this December. 🔥
Zane trains under Ronak Pandit, Asian and Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist and Coach of India’s Olympic Shooting Team, along with expert coaches Haresh and Mitalee at the Ronak Pandit Shooting Centre.
