This can include a custom designed Herbal Steam Bath, a Panoramic Sauna, a Chilled Shower or a Cold Plunge pool and Even Cryotherapy or Oxygen Therapy chambers in addition to expansive Body Treatment Spa and Salon.

Team Evavo Designed this exclusive steam room for one of our prestigious client. It was a 50000 sq ft private residence. The scope involved space planning, functional design planning, Services planning supply and Ex*****on while working with the client. Design team was from London and India We delivered not only a Functional Hydrothermal Wellness facility but an aesthetically designed Wow amenities.

Infrared Sauna

Talking Infrared Sauna, the technology dates back to the 1800s and was first integrated into the sauna in Japan in 1965 by Dr. J.H. Kellog. Since then the units have only gotten better, smaller, and more convenient. For centuries, infrared saunas have been considered a powerful healing technique to cure various illnesses. Even natural and holistic healthcare professionals recommend getting an at-home sauna spa for extensive detoxification periodically.

The difference between Steam and Sauna

room and room two most popular sweat-based treatments with some common benefits and some significant differences. They both produce heat but in different proportion tailored to different outcomes.

The Steam Room (Wet Air) is characterized by 100% humidity with temperatures ranging from 40 to 70 Degrees Celsius heated by a generator filled with water. The moist heat prevents sweat from evaporating; as thus, the steam room feels hotter than the sauna.

The Sauna Room (Dry Air) is a spa treatment that uses dry heat heated from 80 to 100 degrees Celsius with humidity level ranging from 5 to 30%. In practical, sauna is hotter than steam room. A heat source is used to heat a stalk of rocks that radiates heat.

Because the aim is to capture 100% humidity, the steam room is made of non-porous materials such as plastic, glass or tile. Steam generator is then heated to discharge steam in the room without being absorbed by any building material. Sauna, on the other hand, is made of wood to absorb the moisture and to lessen the risk of being burned by non-porous materials since sauna commands very high temperatures. Steam – Sauna provide health benefits: relaxes muscles, releases muscle tension, rejuvenates the skin, enhance cardiovascular health, increase heart rate, boost respiratory functions, reduce stress, and many more.
