Day 3 began with a refreshing morning in the hills as our students set out for the scenic town of Dhanaulti. Surrounded by dense forests, misty mountains, and crisp air, the journey was filled with songs, laughter, and breathtaking views. ๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿ”๏ธ

The group first trekked to the sacred Surkanda Devi Temple. The climb was full of enthusiasm and determination, and the panoramic Himalayan views from the top created a divine and energizing experience. Post a delicious lunch, the group headed for an exciting trek to Gun Hill, where the panoramic views left everyone spellbound and strengthened bonds of friendship. The evening was spent strolling along the vibrant Mall Road, enjoying shopping and the lively hill town atmosphere.

Dr. Rahul emphasized the importance of detailed history taking, identification of red flags, structured clinical evaluation, evidence-based management strategies, and patient-centered consultation. He highlighted how appropriate exercise prescription and muscle strengthening play a key role in achieving optimal recovery and long-term outcomes.

The program commenced with a welcome address by Dr. M. Thangaraj, Principal, I.T.S IHAS, who encouraged students to actively learn from experienced professionals.
