This is the case of franked oral cancer . Pt gave history of habit of to***co chewing since 25 yr back . Now he is complaining of difficult in eating.He is in great pain.
I request everyone not to chew to***co either smokeform or smokeless.

◾CASE OF OLP(ORAL LICHEN PLANUS) ◾Oral lichen planus is an ongoing (chronic) inflammatory condition that affects mucous membranes inside your mouth. Oral lichen planus may appear as white, lacy patches; red, swollen tissues; or open sores. These lesions may cause burning, pain or other discomfort
◾Oral lichen planus can't be passed from one person to another. The disorder occurs when the immune system mounts an attack against cells of the oral mucous membranes for unknown reason. ◾people who have oral lichen planus need regular monitoring because they may be at risk of developing mouth cancer in the affected areas.

◾CASE OF MANDIBULAR FRACTURE
A Lady 61 yr old came to clinic with severe pain in opening of mouth since 3 month.Her medical history was not significant.she got her teeth extracted due to caries nd mobility.she claimed that she was not a denture wearer.
E/O _ loss of continuity of mand arch on right side with severe pain.
OPG done
It was a case of mand fracture .
Discussion _ case of mand fracture more of that classified as mand body fracture ( By DINGMAN AND NATVIG'S CLASSIFICATION )
TREATMENT _ Miniplate fixation done with closure.

CASE_ A 20 yr old male pt reported to the out pt department complaining of an inability to chew nd pain in lower right nd left side for preceding few days.
On clinical examination the right posterio tooth has proximal caries nd top + periodontal status of tooth was normal , and tooth had physiologic mobility.
Radiographic examination revealed the presence of supernumerary root in mandibular first molar.
DISCUSSION_ Anatomic variation are an acknowledged characteristics of mandibular molars. Supernumerary root in mandibular molars called RADIX ENTOMOLARIS AND RADIX PARAMOLARIS.
some author consider RADIX Entomolaris as a genetic trait rather than a dev anomaly.
RE root is commonly found distolingually and ranges from being a short conical extension to full length root.The root may extend unilaterally or bilaterally
Conclusion_ RE has been reported to occur with a frequency of 0.2_32percent in different population. Such case require judicial application of diagnostic tools and endodontic skills for their management.

⏹️Male Pt age 55 yr came to clinic with chief complain of swelling in right side of face .
🔹After examination__ abscess + nt with 16 which is carious.
⏺️Treatment _ extraction with proper pus drainage is done . Antibiotic coverage is given . Regular follow up done .👍
