Vault prolapse repair with proline Mesh fixation to sacrum promontory by three interrupted sutures of proline.It acts as main anchoring or pulling force of vault & bladder .Lower end of mesh is fixed with both pushed up vault & bladder .Mesh is peritonised completely.

Chronic ectopic pregnancy means small or recurrent bleeding either from partial tubal abortion or small rupture of tube .Blood & clot accumulates in pelvis and causing dense adhesion with bladder,gut,omentum.It is difficult unwanted situation for both patient & operating surgeon.Situation is more difficult in previous LSCS patient.In this case patient had lower abdominal pain & bleeding from last one month & she had two previous LSCS.
