Episode 1 | Dr. Vinay Kumar Muttagi

“I don’t smoke. I don’t drink.
Then why did this happen to me?”

This is one of the most painful and common questions patients ask.
In this episode, Dr. Vinay Kumar Muttagi explains a truth many don’t talk about —
being healthy doesn’t always mean being risk-free.

Cancer is not just about habits.
It can be about genes, environment, exposure, infections, and factors we never see coming.

This conversation isn’t to create fear —
it’s to create awareness, understanding, and compassion.

Because cancer doesn’t choose people by lifestyle.
But early awareness and timely care can change outcomes.

🎗️ Watch. Learn. Share.
Someone out there needs this clarity today.

In 2026, we renew our commitment to healing — not just through advanced treatments and technology, but through kindness, listening, and unwavering care.

After breast cancer, cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting women — yet it is also one of the most preventable.

In Episode 10, we asked an important and often-overlooked question to Dr. Madhavi 👇
👉 What causes cervical cancer, and how can women prevent it?

Cervical cancer doesn’t happen overnight.
It usually develops slowly, often linked to persistent HPV infection, and gives us warning signs long before it becomes serious.

The most powerful part?
✔️ Regular screening
✔️ Early detection
✔️ HPV vaccination
✔️ Awareness and timely medical advice

These simple steps can save lives.
Yet many women delay check-ups due to fear, myths, or lack of information.

This conversation is for every woman, every family, and every caregiver —
because prevention is not complicated, but ignorance is costly.

Watch this episode to understand the cause, the risk factors, and most importantly, the ways to protect yourself.
Let’s replace fear with facts and silence with conversations.

🎗️ Because women’s health deserves priority — not postponement.

🚬 “I know smoking affects me… but what about the people around me?

Today, we didn’t sit inside a hospital.
We didn’t stand in front of a camera with a script.
👉 We went to bus stops, streets, and public places and spoke to real people.

We asked one simple question about smoking.

Some laughed.
Some paused.
Some said, “I never thought about it like that.”

And that’s the truth.

🚭 Smoking doesn’t harm just the person holding the cigarette.
It harms the child standing nearby.
The pregnant woman passing by.
The elderly person breathing the same air.

Passive smoking is real.
And it’s dangerous.

Smoking is not just a habit.
It’s a slow poison that steals health silently.

If quitting feels hard today, remember —
👉 tomorrow may not give you the choice.

If this video made you stop and think,
please share it with someone who needs to see it.
If even one person decides to quit after watching this,
this effort is worth it ❤️

What are your thoughts on smoking?
Let’s talk in the comments.

Our Cake Mixing Ceremony was filled with laughter, smiles, festive cheer, and so much fun. Moments like these remind us that beyond our daily responsibilities, coming together as a team and celebrating joyfully makes our bond even stronger.”

The moment we feel a symptom, the first thing many of us do is open Google.
Within seconds, we’re flooded with worst-case scenarios, scary headlines, and half-truths that create fear instead of clarity.

But how do we know what’s a myth and what’s a fact?

In Episode 8, we talk about why googling symptoms can often mislead us, how health misinformation spreads so easily, and most importantly — how to identify reliable medical information.
Not every symptom means something serious, and not every online answer applies to you.

This conversation helps you understand:
• Why Google is not a diagnosis
• How myths create unnecessary fear
• How to trust the right sources
• When it’s time to consult a doctor instead of scrolling

Because when it comes to health, facts bring peace — not panic.
Listen to Episode 8 and learn how to make informed, confident health decisions.
