Two interesting cases treated with coblation
1- Patient presented with severe respiratory distress O2 saturation 30% due to bilateral abductor palsy of vocal cords. Emergency Tracheostomy done within 1min 35 secs to save life of patient followed by Dennis & Kashima cordectomy for permanent relief.
2- 19 yr young boy of Tracheal stenosis suprastomal post Tracheostomy done for poisoning at an ICU of another district 1 year back. Decannulation was not possible as there was complete stenosis. Opening created with coblation and Montgomery T tube inserted by rail road technique. Patient able to vocalise now.

14×12x10 cms Thyroid gland tumor weighing 760 gms (weight of normal gland -25gms) Rt. Hemithyroidectomy @ Dr. N. D. Desai Faculty of medical sciences and research. Special thanks to Dr. Bhagyesh & Dr. Dhvani for flawless assistance & Dept. of anaesthesia for taking up this challenging case with severe tracheal deviation & Internal Jugular vein compression.

A large mass in the nose going to Nasopharynx in a 31 yrs old female patient. Reaching till the backside of tongue causing difficulty in breathing and swallowing detached endoscopically through the nose and delivered via oral cavity. Size of mass 10 × 4 cms.
Total blood loss less than 10 ml.

Some incidents give us a hint that The Almighty exists 🙏🙏🙏
Here is a case of a 9 month child who ingested this object 40 days back and has been living a normal life with it stuck in his palate. Relatives thought it was some kind of swelling. If it would have got dislodged & gone to the wind pipe the child would have chocked to death instantly.
Similar case came 2 days back to our hospital of a large fish bone impacted horizontally at the level of entry of wind pipe of a 1 year old girl.
Both were removed successfully without subjecting the patients to risk of General anaesthesia.

as A precious life is Saved- 1 month old child (2 .3 kgs) with breathing difficulty diagnosed to have a huge cyst of the epiglottitis 3 x 2 cms. First aspirated under sedation by me then intubated by our super Anaesthetist Dr Saksena Entire cyst wall excised using bipolar cautery. A big thank you to Paediatrician Dr Chaula MadamShaishav Hospital for diagnosis and timely reference.

Large Lymphangioma (10cms x 8cms x 6cms) with extension from deep to Sternomastoid to intermuscular planes of Trapezius and Scalene muscles. Lower extent deep to clavicle. Excised in Toto.. Blood loss less than 10ml.
