Doubly blessed!!!
When you consider your patients as your family, the joy and happiness are doubled when you finally get to see them as parents of not one, but two precious, healthy babies. After three years of persistent hard work and faith, our patients have finally had their dream come true by God's great blessings.
As I recollect their journey here at Ganesamoni Hospital Fertility center, I am overwhelmed to realise the amount of faith they had in us. Not everyone understands the difficulties behind an IVF journey. But we were privileged to have one such couple who stood by us in all our decisions.
Not only that, they have also been kind enough to speak with the other couples seeking fertility treatment. They shared their stories, trials and tribulations and eased the other couple's worries.
So it has been a great day for us at Ganesamoni Hospital Fertility center when our patient gave birth to healthy twin babies on 1-11-2020. They are going home today just in time for the festival of lights. We pray God to fill their lives with more happiness and peace. We also pray God for all our other couples seeking fertility treatment, that they too be blessed with children soon and to have abundant strength and courage to finish their quest for a kid.
On this joyous occasion of celebrating the birth of twin children, I would like to thank everyone who took part in the journey.
Dr. Ganesamoni S., the Director of Ganesamoni Hospital has always been a source of encouragement for all our endeavours. Dr. Jeslin, our all time favourite anaesthetist, was with us right from day 1 from the day of Oocyte aspiration, Cervical Encerlage and also for our patient's child birth. He kept our patient very comfortable and at ease during all the surgeries and procedures.
People know Dr. Raguram as a well renowned Urologist and Andrologist, but on this occasion, he was also the Embryologist. I am so proud and grateful to him for being my solid source of encouragement.
The most important part of a preterm birth is the Neonatal care. I am very much thankful to Dr. Brinda, for her excellent guidance and care of both babies. Discharging pre term babies after 10 days of birth, seems like a miracle.
Our Residential doctors, Dr.Sandhya and Dr.Kanchana were working round the clock to give an excellent postoperative care for all our patients.
I have saved the best for the last... The best treatment will always be dependent on the nursing care. Our dedicated nursing team took excellent care of the patient and both preterm babies. They also taught the mother to care for her babies and how to feed them.
We are also thankful to all our well wishers for their prayers and blessings.
