Happy patient diaries!
A 78 yr old lady with complaints of severe back pain with severe radiculopathy, unable to lie down, or stand. Not letting anyone touch her leg SLR < 10, crying with severe pain. She ws advised surgery but was not willing. So I gave her Selective nerve root block. After a week, she came walking in my OPD.

Trigeminal neuralgia is an extremely painful condition! The pain intervention, Gasserion ganglion block is very gratifying. The smile on the patient's face is your greatest reward!

Pain treatments include botox, greater and lesser occipital nerve blocks, and sphenopalatine blocks for migraines.
Gasserion ganglion block for Trigeminal neuralgia. Stellate ganglion block for PVD, Buergers disease of upper limb, hyperhidrosis, Raynauds phenomenon, CRPS. Cervical epidurals for neck pain and upper limb radiculopathy.
T2-T3 sympathectomy for upper limb.
Lumbar transforaminal epidural for radiculopathy, interlaminar epidural for Lumbar canal stenosis, post laminectomy pain.
