I was always fascinated by street foods from various corners of India. But I also preach that one should not eat food made with overused oils as it does serious harm to your body & has trans fats.
When .tales launched in my city, I thought this might be something I could try and after contemplating for a few months (yup months), I finally gave it a try.
Glad to inform you that Imlee has a very unique ambiance and North Indian vibe. What I looked for the most in any restaurant is their Customer Service, their hospitality is really good . They also handle the food in a very hygienic manner .
The Dishes we ordered were very flavourful without being extremely oily or spicy & everything that is wrong at a local street vendor.
While I think Street-food is part of our culture, I also know for a fact how the hygiene standards are at the stretfood Thella in our country. Initiatives like this and awareness Will hopefully one day set a standard for minimum hygiene requirements at any food joint that serves the public.
